Chandrasekaran, is a seasoned advocate with several decades of experience across banking, corporate, and civil law. His career began at the Madras Bar in 1981, followed by over three decades as Assistant General Manager (Law) at the State Bank of India, where he handled complex matters in banking, labour, contracts, and asset recovery. Since 2016, he has been practicing independently in Chennai and Bengaluru, appearing before High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, consumer forums, and civil courts, with a strong focus on Labour, Constitution, Insolvency, Debt Recovery, and commercial disputes.
